This role focuses on helping motor carriers secure working capital through factoring solutions that improve cash flow and support business growth. You will act as a trusted advisor, engaging with prospective clients to understand their financial needs and determine how invoice factoring can support their operations. The position blends consultative sales, financial analysis, and relationship-building in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will work closely with internal teams to structure tailored financial solutions and ensure a smooth client onboarding experience. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear value propositions. In this role, you will manage outbound prospecting efforts and guide potential clients through the factoring sales process from initial contact to proposal and onboarding. You will evaluate client financial profiles, present tailored factoring solutions, and maintain accurate CRM records while building a strong pipeline of opportunities. You will also collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and ensure customer success throughout the engagement.
- Contact and engage prospective motor carriers via phone, email, and industry events
- Conduct consultative conversations to assess financial needs and present factoring solutions
- Analyze accounts receivable and aging reports to determine suitable financing options
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of leads, prospects, and activities in CRM systems
- Develop and nurture referral networks and new prospecting channels
- Partner with internal teams to create proposals, contracts, and financial service solutions
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional service opportunities
- Contribute to sales strategy improvements to achieve or exceed performance targets
You bring strong communication and sales capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple client conversations and explain financial solutions clearly and confidently. You are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Experience in sales, finance, or transportation-related industries is highly valued.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand and apply complex financial and regulatory concepts
- Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities
- Prior sales or customer service experience preferred
- Experience in transportation, factoring, banking, or financial services is a plus

- On-target earnings up to $150,000 including commission potential
