This role is a strategic and execution-focused leadership opportunity at the intersection of global go-to-market strategy and regional sales activation. You will drive the execution of key programs across EMEA, ensuring alignment between global priorities and local market needs. Working within a highly matrixed, international organization, you will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, operations, and cloud teams to translate strategy into scalable and measurable execution. The role requires strong program leadership, stakeholder influence, and the ability to operate across complex organizational structures. You will play a critical part in enabling regional teams, optimizing partner programs, and ensuring successful adoption of global initiatives. • Lead the EMEA execution of global GTM and partner programs, ensuring alignment with overall global strategy
• Collaborate with global leadership to design and implement solution-focused sales plays across regional markets
• Drive localization of global programs while maintaining governance, consistency, and measurable performance outcomes
• Enable regional sales, marketing, and partner teams with structured frameworks, playbooks, and execution guidance
• Partner with operations and cloud teams to ensure programs are operationally ready, scalable, and fully integrated
• Support end-to-end program launches, including planning, coordination, and execution across multiple stakeholders
• Act as the key link between global strategy and regional execution in a matrixed environment
• Monitor program performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to leadership teams
• Continuously improve program effectiveness using data, feedback, and market insights

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 7+ years of experience in program management, GTM strategy, or partner/channel programs within technology or IT distribution
• Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, solution selling, and cloud or hybrid technology environments
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-region programs in global organizations
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strong execution mindset with the ability to operate in fast-paced, matrixed environments
• Experience working with sales, cloud, or channel partner organizations is highly desirable
• Strong analytical skills with experience in program performance tracking and reporting
• Ability to influence without direct authority across diverse teams and regions
