- Serve as the primary strategic partner for clients, building strong relationships through consultative engagement and regular communication.
- Lead end-to-end execution of complex creative and gifting programs, ensuring alignment with client goals and successful delivery.
- Identify and develop growth opportunities within accounts, driving revenue expansion and long-term partnerships.
- Manage sales pipelines, monitor account performance, and proactively mitigate risks to ensure business continuity and profitability.
- Handle client escalations with professionalism and empathy, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and trust.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate resources, streamline workflows, and ensure project success.
- Provide clear creative direction to internal teams for campaign development, including lookbooks and program briefs.
- Leverage industry insights and trends to innovative, on-brand solutions that enhance client outcomes.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in client-facing roles such as account management, customer success, or sales.
- Proven track record of managing and growing revenue within a portfolio of accounts.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, adaptable to different audiences and business contexts.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Commercial mindset with experience identifying upsell opportunities and managing churn risks.
- Familiarity with CRM and collaboration tools such as Salesforce, Slack, and Google Workspace.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
- Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive base salary of $80,000 with performance-based incentives (OTE up to $104,000)
