  • Establish scalable operational frameworks, governance models, and performance tracking systems to ensure execution excellence.
  • Identify new market opportunities and strategic initiatives that increase the value and reach of the partnership.
  • Oversee reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis to ensure transparency, accountability, and continuous optimization.
Requirements
  • 10–15+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or senior commercial leadership roles, including VP-level responsibility or equivalent.
  • Deep expertise in Cisco’s ecosystem, including products, organizational structure, and enterprise agreements (direct Cisco experience strongly preferred).
  • Proven success managing high-value technology alliances with measurable impact on revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Strong business ownership mindset, with experience managing partnerships as strategic growth engines or P&L-like functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and build trusted relationships across complex organizations.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with operational execution skills in matrixed, fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder alignment capabilities at the executive level.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary with performance-based incentive compensation
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans
  • Health Savings Account (HSA) with employer contribution
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching
  • Paid parental leave and generous paid time off, including holidays and volunteer days
