This role offers the opportunity to drive enterprise growth within a leading modern data ecosystem, helping large organizations transform how they build, manage, and scale analytics-driven operations. You will own the full sales cycle across complex, high-value enterprise accounts, engaging with senior stakeholders including data leaders, engineering teams, and executive decision-makers. The position requires a strong blend of technical curiosity and strategic sales expertise, as you will translate sophisticated data concepts into clear business value. You will be responsible for building long-term customer relationships, leading consultative sales processes, and identifying expansion opportunities across the Southeast US market. Working closely with product, solutions engineering, and community teams, you will help shape how enterprise clients adopt and scale data transformation platforms. This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role within a fast-growing and technically advanced environment.
Own and manage the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation, closing, and long-term account growth across complex, multi-stakeholder organizations.
- Identify and develop new enterprise business opportunities across the Southeast US region while expanding relationships within existing accounts.
- Lead consultative, solution-oriented sales engagements involving technical stakeholders such as data engineers, analytics leaders, and CTO-level executives.
- Coordinate proof-of-concept (POC) implementations in collaboration with technical teams to demonstrate platform value and drive adoption.
- Partner with product and cross-functional teams to provide market feedback and influence commercial and product strategy.
- Build and maintain strong pipeline discipline, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent achievement of revenue targets.
- Engage actively with the broader data and open-source ecosystem to strengthen brand presence and community relationships.
4+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales with a proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts, particularly in data, analytics, ETL, BI, or cloud environments.
- Experience managing long, complex, consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and technical evaluations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and executive-level audiences.
- Strong organizational and pipeline management skills in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Familiarity with SQL, data platforms, or analytics engineering concepts, or strong willingness to learn quickly.
- Preferred: experience with analytics engineering, modern data stacks, open-source ecosystems, or prior exposure to dbt-based workflows.
- Competitive On-Target Earnings (OTE) between 260,000 – 325,000 USD
