About This Position

We are seeking motivated individuals to start a career as an entry-level life insurance agent. In this role, you will work with individuals and families to help them understand their financial options, protect their income, and build long-term financial security using life insurance and related strategies.

No prior experience is required. We provide full training, mentorship, and proven systems to help you learn the business, develop your skills, and grow your income. You will be responsible for communicating with clients, educating them on available solutions, and building lasting relationships.

This is a performance-based opportunity with flexible scheduling, remote work options, and strong potential for growth and advancement. Ideal candidates are coachable, self-motivated, and interested in building a long-term career in financial services.

Compensation:

$115,000 - $225,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients to understand their financial goals and present tailored life insurance solutions.
  • Educate individuals and families on the benefits and options of life insurance to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop strategies that align with clients' financial objectives and life stages.
  • Utilize our training and mentorship programs to continuously enhance your knowledge and skills in the industry.
  • Communicate effectively with clients through various channels to provide timely updates and support.
  • Monitor and review clients' insurance plans regularly to ensure they remain aligned with their evolving needs and goals.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to engage with clients to understand their financial goals and present tailored life insurance solutions.
  • Experience in educating individuals and families on life insurance benefits and options to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
  • Ability to collaborate with team members to develop strategies that align with clients' financial objectives and life stages.
  • Willingness to utilize training and mentorship programs to continuously enhance knowledge and skills in the industry.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients through various channels and provide timely updates and support.
  • Ability to monitor and review clients' insurance plans regularly to ensure alignment with their evolving needs and goals.
