Connect Pediatrics is growing into the Denver, Colorado area and is currently seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. This position will play a vital role in assisting with our growth into the Colorado market and will have an opportunity for growth into a supervising clinician role. As a part of our team, you will play a vital role in collaboratively ensuring that pediatric patients receive comprehensive and well-coordinated care in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive evaluations, using standardized tests to determine pediatric patients' needs for therapy.

Use your clinical judgment to develop and implement relevant treatment plans aligned with physician's orders.

Provide in-home therapy services for pediatric patients with a ride range of diagnoses.

Engage with patients' families, providing them with regular communication and updates on goals for their child.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other therapy disciplines, physicians, and nurses, to develop holistic treatment plans that address the diverse needs of each patient

Maintain comprehensive documentation that reflects the care provided and communicates changes in treatment plans to the entire healthcare team.

Actively participate in one-on-one meetings with team leads to discuss patient progress, share insights, and refine treatment strategies collaboratively.

Requirements:
  • A valid Speech-Language Pathology License in the state of Colorado and ASHA CCC-SLP
  • Current BLS License
  • Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and automotive insurance
  • Pediatric & supervision experience is preferred
