Construction Project Management Instructor – Data Center Construction
We are seeking an experienced Data Center Construction Project Manager looking to transition from field execution into a leadership-focused instructional role. This position is ideal for professionals who want to pass on real-world knowledge, mentor the next generation of project leaders, and contribute to the growth of the skilled construction workforce.
As a Project Management Instructor, you will leverage hands-on experience in construction and data center environments to deliver structured, outcomes-based instruction aligned with curriculum standards. This role offers a stable schedule, professional environment, and the opportunity to directly impact student success.
Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction using internally developed lesson plans
• Facilitate student learning in project planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, participation, and student performance
• Maintain classroom safety, cleanliness, instructional flow, and professional standards
• Enforce school policies and testing integrity
• Provide real-world examples from data center or large-scale construction projects
• Evaluate curriculum relevance and provide feedback for continuous improvement
• Uphold ethical testing and evaluation standards
• Communicate supply, material, or instructional needs promptly
• Demonstrate continued professional development in project management practices
• Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Education & Experience

• Demonstrated leadership and team coordination experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to teach adult learners in a structured classroom setting
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office products required

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00am – 3:30pm
Work Location: In person, Dallas / Fort Worth area
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
Experience:

• Minimum 4 years project management experience (Required)
• Minimum 7 years data center construction experience (Required)

Certifications (Required or earned within first 30 days of employment):

• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent
• OSHA 30
