Job Overview

Splendid Gardens LLC is hiring a Crew Leader to guide and supervise landscaping crews in performing top-tier maintenance for residential properties in the Dallas, TX area. This full-time, field-based role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional with strong landscape maintenance experience. As a Crew Leader, youll be hands-on in the fieldsetting the pace, upholding safety standards, and ensuring every property reflects our high standards of quality and care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise landscaping crew members in daily maintenance tasks

  • Perform and monitor work including mowing, edging, shrub trimming, and bed detailing

  • Ensure proper use of tools and safety equipment

  • Assist with minor irrigation system monitoring and troubleshooting

  • Communicate effectively with crew and management to stay on schedule

  • Conduct quality checks to ensure high standards are met on every property

  • Support training of new crew members as needed

  • Represent Splendid Gardens professionally on all job sites

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in residential landscape maintenance

  • Expertise in mowing, edging, trimming, bed detail, and irrigation basics

  • Detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to quality workmanship

  • Ability to lead and motivate crew members in the field

  • Bilingual or Spanish-speaking candidates strongly preferred

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to job sites
