Case Packer Operator - 2nd Shift
Hendersonville, NC | $20.00/hr | 12-hour Shift

What You'll Do:
- Operate, monitor, and maintain case packing, forming, and sealing machines
- Perform quality checks on labels and packaging, adjust machines, and troubleshoot jams
- Assist with material replenishment and size changeovers to keep production flowing
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace while following food safety and company standards
What We're Looking For:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with frequent standing, bending, and crouching
- Forklift certification a plus; experience in food/beverage manufacturing preferred
- Strong time management and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures and following strict safety protocols
