This role leads the strategy, operations, and relationship management for key provider and supplier partnerships within a rapidly evolving healthcare environment. The Director will shape strategic growth plans, cultivate high-value partnerships, and oversee the operational execution of collaborations across medical specialty providers, infusion suites, home infusion services, and specialty pharmacies. This position requires expertise in healthcare provider contracting, negotiation, and operational oversight, with an emphasis on driving mutual value and measurable outcomes. You will collaborate across Clinical, Tech, Customer Success, Member Experience, and Finance teams, ensuring that partnerships align with organizational goals while supporting superior patient and provider experiences. Success in this role combines strategic thinking, operational rigor, and exceptional interpersonal skills to influence outcomes across internal and external stakeholders. This is a high-impact, remote-friendly position within a mission-driven, innovative healthcare organization.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and manage strategic growth plans with provider and supplier partners, including objectives, project roadmaps, and KPIs.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for key partnerships, maintaining strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Assess potential partners’ alignment with organizational goals and create engagement norms to maximize value for both parties.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage partnerships for revenue growth, market expansion, and enhanced solution offerings.
  • Oversee day-to-day partnership operations, proactively managing risks and resolving issues, including member escalations.
  • Track partnership performance through KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring operational excellence.
  • Lead meetings, standups, and regular updates to ensure alignment and accountability across teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience leading healthcare partnerships or account management teams.
  • Proven success in partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances, with strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Deep understanding of medical specialty medications administered under the medical benefit.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience addressing diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong project management capabilities and operational excellence in cross-functional collaborations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and deliver results under pressure.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of executing tasks beyond standard requirements.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for site meetings, training, or partner engagements.
