- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies across retail and commercial markets to drive growth and expand market share.

Requirements:

- Strong business acumen in direct mail, large format, commercial print, and retail sectors.
- Proven track record in client relationship management and strategic account development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building capabilities, with experience fostering high-performance cultures.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and analytics tools to drive data-informed decision-making.
