Human Resources Administrative Assistant - Student Volunteer
One Position to August 28, 2026 - 3 days per week
  • Location: Aurora, Ontario L4G3S9
  • Status: Contract, Part Time
  • Office Hours: Three days per week - 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, 21 Hours per week
  • Office Expectations: Work in the office
  • Posting Closes: Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 4:00 pm EST

Description

The HR Administrative Assistant will provide support to the HR department. Responsibilities will include:
  • Review and update interview templates
  • Review and update job descriptions
  • Review and update agency policies
  • Research performance development
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding

Position Requirements
  • Business College/ Human Resources Graduate or current student
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Teams is essential
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must
    • Ability to multi-task and effective organization skills are required
    • Strong written and verbal skills
    • Attention to detail in all areas of work
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • The successful applicant will be required to provide a police clearance that meets agency standard
  • A valid G Drivers License, access to a reliable vehicle and adequate insurance coverage for business responsibilities, OR access to reliable transportation.
