Video & Photo Specialist at H-FARM S.p.A – RONCADE, Treviso

H-FARM College is an international higher education institution at the intersection of education, business, and innovation. As part of the H-FARM ecosystem, the College delivers globally-oriented programs in partnership with top international universities and industry leaders.

To support our growth, we are currently looking for a Video & Photo Specialist to join the Marketing Team. This is not a traditional role: we need someone who can produce high-quality content and experiment with new technologies, including AI.

Location: H-FARM College – Roncade (TV)
Start Date: May / June

Requirements
Language: English C1 or Native

Availability
Flexibility to work on some weekends and evenings.

SOFT SKILLS

HARD SKILLS

Audio / Video Production

• Solid experience in shooting and editing (both technical and creative)
• Advanced use of:
  • DaVinci Resolve
  • Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator)
• Experience working with Sony camera systems

AI & Emerging Tools

• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation (image, video, audio, automation)
• Ability to quickly test, evaluate, and integrate new tools into production workflows

Tools (preferred experience with):
MidJourney, Adobe Firefly, Gemini, Veo, Kling, Grok, ElevenLabs, Adobe Podcast, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Suite

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Produce high-quality photo and video content for campaigns, social media, and events
• Support storytelling and brand communication across H-FARM College
• Experiment with AI to improve content speed, quality, and scalability
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team (Social Media, Communication, Design, Marketing Manager) and other internal teams
• Turn ideas into execution quickly and effectively

NICE TO HAVE

• Drone pilot license
• Motion graphics / animation skills
• Experience with short-form content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)
• Color grading expertise
• Background in fast-paced environments (agency, startup, production house)
• Experience in live event production

• Gross annual salary: €25.000 - €28.000 (depending on experience)
