This leadership role sits at the intersection of advanced advertising technology, performance marketing, and platform strategy, serving as the US subject matter expert for Google Marketing Platform. The position is responsible for shaping how GMP capabilities are deployed across client engagements, ensuring technical excellence, operational consistency, and measurable marketing outcomes. You will act as a key bridge between clients, internal delivery teams, and strategic partners, driving both adoption and innovation across the full GMP ecosystem. In this role, you will guide complex implementations, solve high-impact technical challenges, and ensure best-in-class use of tools such as DV360, CM360, SA360, and GA4. You will also play a central role in scaling capability through team leadership, upskilling, and process improvement. With strong exposure to commercial strategy and partner ecosystems, this position combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic business influence in a fast-evolving digital marketing environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Serve as the US lead subject matter expert for Google Marketing Platform, ensuring best-in-class implementation, optimization, and usage across client accounts.
  • Provide senior-level technical leadership and escalation support for complex GMP challenges, including DV360, CM360, SA360, and GA4.
  • Actively contribute to hands-on delivery, troubleshooting platform issues and guiding technical solutions across client engagements.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of GMP specialists, building scalable capability and reducing reliance on individual expertise.
  • Design and implement structured training and upskilling programs to strengthen GMP knowledge across the organization.
  • Own commercial and operational performance of the GMP function, including forecasting, budgeting, and P&L responsibility.
  • Drive adoption of GMP capabilities, identifying opportunities for revenue growth, efficiency gains, and platform expansion.
  • Partner with sales and growth teams to support pitches, solution design, and new business development opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with media, strategy, analytics, and data science teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Google and other technology partners, staying ahead of product developments and innovation opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing or media agency environments, with strong exposure to performance marketing and omnichannel acquisition strategies.
  • Deep expertise in Google Marketing Platform tools, including DV360, CM360, SA360, and GA4, with relevant Google certifications required (GMP and ideally Google Cloud certifications).
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing levers such as PMax, value-based bidding, and campaign optimization strategies.
  • Experience working directly with clients, commercial stakeholders, and senior leadership in a consulting or agency environment.
  • Proven track record in technical solution design, data integration, and marketing measurement frameworks.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including experience with P&L ownership, forecasting, and revenue growth initiatives.
  • Excellent presentation, storytelling, and client-facing communication skills, including experience supporting pitches and business development.
  • Familiarity with data platforms and tools such as Looker, Google Analytics, BigQuery, and ideally Vertex AI or similar cloud-based solutions.
  • Strong partner management experience with platforms such as Google, Meta, and other key ad tech ecosystems.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building capabilities.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range of $160,000 – $190,000 USD, plus performance-based bonus potential.
  • Opportunities for salary growth based on performance, skills, and impact.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including healthcare coverage.
  • Flexible working environment supporting work-life balance.
  • Exposure to leading-edge advertising technologies and global client portfolios.
  • Strong professional development opportunities, including certifications and training.
  • Inclusive and equal-opportunity work environment.
