About This Position
Position: Healthcare Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is a 1099 position. 20 hours per week
We are a growing, multi-location medical practice seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter.
This position will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for positions including front-desk reception staff, medical and psychiatric medication managers, therapists, billing specialists, care coordinators, and other support roles essential to a high-functioning medical practice.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct phone and in-person interviews
Screen candidates for both clinical competence and cultural fit
Coordinate with management to identify staffing needs
Requirements
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of recruiting or human resources experience within the medical or healthcare industry
Strong experience hiring both clinical and non-clinical healthcare staff
Excellent interviewing and communication skills
Ability to assess professionalism, reliability, and patient-facing demeanor
Familiarity with medical office operations and compliance expectations
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Preferred Experience
Preferred Experience recruiting for behavioral health, psychiatry, or multi-provider practices
Knowledge of healthcare licensing, credentialing, and onboarding processes
