- In this role, you will focus on user acquisition while optimising for cohort LTV and a healthy LTV/CAC ratio. From day one, you’ll be expected to form opinions, challenge assumptions, and use data to influence pricing decisions, with ownership growing as you demonstrate impact.
- Drive user acquisition through pricing – lead pricing changes aimed at improving new user acquisition while balancing cohort LTV, conversion rate, and billings;
- Design and run pricing experiments – plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses and inform decisions;
- Own pricing changes – own pricing changes end-to-end, from assessing business context and data to implementing updates and validating outcomes. It includes managing campaign discounts for key events like Black Friday;
- Monitor performance and deliver insights – proactively track market and product performance, perform deep-dive and ad-hoc analyses to support high-impact decisions;
- Act as the main point of contact for pricing – own pricing decisions end-to-end and support stakeholders across Product, Marketing, and Finance;
- Identify growth opportunities and support launches – uncover product and market-level growth opportunities and contribute to new product and brand launches from a pricing perspective.
- Success in this role is measured by your ability to move core growth metrics, make sound pricing trade-offs, and influence decisions through clear, well-reasoned recommendations.
- Beyond the skills listed below, we value a growth-oriented, resilient mindset — someone who is energised by impact, willing to take responsibility for decisions, and views setbacks as input, not failure.
- Results-oriented and commercially minded – focused on driving measurable impact, with a strong motivation to grow revenue, improve LTV, and move core business metrics;
- Highly data-driven mindset – uses data as the foundation for decision-making, hypothesis testing, and prioritization, while balancing commercial intuition;
- Strong cross-functional collaborator – comfortable working closely with product, marketing, engineering, and finance teams, able to influence without authority and build trust across stakeholders;
- Comfortable with risk and ambiguity – confident in making informed, timely decisions in fast-paced environments where not all variables are known, and taking ownership of outcomes;
- Hands-on with data tools – having experience using SQL and/or Tableau (or any other BI tool) to explore data, build dashboards, and monitor performance.
- Relevant professional experience – at least 2 years of experience in pricing, analytics, or a related role (e.g., Pricing Analyst, Pricing Manager, Business/Data Analyst).
- 🚀 360 Growth: We provide limitless learning opportunities: access to platforms like Reforge and Coach Hub, global conferences, physical and digital libraries, feedback culture, and mentoring through TesoXchange. Advance your career with internal mobility and grow with a team eager to share knowledge and support your success.
- 🎯 Freedom & responsibility: Work on your terms: from modern offices in Kaunas and Vilnius, the comfort of home, or anywhere in the world. Enjoy flexibility in managing your schedule and bring your ideas to life in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- 💪Wellness simplified: Your health comes first with insurance from Day 1, gym memberships, recharge leave, Headspace subscriptions, and regular health checks. Join our wellbeing-dedicated events, sports, arts, and hobby clubs, or simply enjoy the balance of a lifestyle that prioritizes wellness.
- 🎉 Work hard – party hard: Celebrate your achievements with company events like Summerfest & Winterfest, Town Hall, Meet the Client initiatives, team-buildings, and workations. Enjoy access to the Žalgiris Arena VIP Lounge and celebrate life’s big moments with milestone gifts for weddings, new parenthood, and graduations.
- Gross salary from 4000 EUR/month. Salary is offered based on work experience, competence, and compliance with other job requirements.
