· Conduct API-level and integration testing using tools such as Postman or similar
· Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps, expected outcomes, and validation criteria
· Serve as a resource and coach for engineering teams on best practices for designing and scaffolding effective test suites, helping improve overall test quality and long-term maintainability
· Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to ensure quality is embedded early in the development process
· Support cross-functional bug triage and resolution efforts
· Monitor and investigate customer-reported issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend quality improvements
· Advocate for product quality, usability, and accessibility (a11y) across the platform
· Contribute to the evaluation, design, and gradual introduction of test automation tools and frameworks as the product and team mature
