Social Media Specialist at 1840 & Company – Buenos Aires, Buenos Aires

The Content Scheduler is responsible for executing and managing social media publishing across platforms using Hootsuite, ensuring consistent posting, basic engagement, and performance reporting.
Working hours:9-5 pm EST Responsibilities:

• Schedule daily posts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn.
• Manage weekly and monthly content calendars.
• Coordinate approvals with internal stakeholders.
• Create and adapt basic graphics using Canva templates.
• Handle Level 1 community responses and comments.
• Monitor social engagement and flag issues or trends.
• Produce monthly optimization reports:
• Engagement
• Reach
• Best posting times
• Hashtag performance

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of social media scheduling experience.
• Strong Hootsuite knowledge.
• Canva experience for basic graphics.
• Organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented.
• Preferred:
• Experience supporting multiple brands.
• Basic analytics and reporting skills.
