JOB DESCRIPTION
The Instructor/Writer provides senior-level instructional delivery, curriculum development, and subject matter expertise in support of the U.S. Army Cyber School’s Advanced Cyber Operations – Procedures (ACO-P) course. This role delivers learner-centric instruction aligned with USCYBERCOM, TRADOC, NSA, and DoD 8140 training standards while developing and maintaining Government-owned cyberspace operations curriculum.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Deliver resident and mobile classroom instruction for the ACO-P functional course
• Develop, update, and maintain Government-owned courseware and assessments
• Review and refresh training materials every 60 days
• Apply adult learning methodologies and modern instructional techniques
• Develop performance-based and criterion-referenced testing instruments
• Assess student performance and conduct After-Action Reviews (AARs)
• Maintain daily attendance and academic records
• Collaborate with Government personnel to align curriculum with approved policies and TTPs
• Develop and deconflict 30-week training schedules
• Support Mobile Training Team (MTT) surge training events
• Maintain classroom security and professional conduct
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• U.S. Citizen
• Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain
• Minimum 3 years conducting cyberspace operations with USCYBERCOM or IC
• Minimum 1 year as an instructor or instructor/writer
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline
• Completion of SCTC and ABIC or FIFC
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS (one or more)
• OSCP, GXPN, CRTO
• NSA Windermere, RIOT, FORGE
• Advanced Cyber Operations – Procedures (AOC-P)
