We have our sights set on becoming a major player (both within Australia and internationally) by evolving a next gen betting solution.

This role presents a unique opportunity to be a part of an expanding Compliance function, offering significant development and progression prospects as the company scales its operations globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting crucial Know Your Customer (KYC) checks, managing sensitive customer documentation, and resolving compliance escalations (e.g., ID/card verifications, suspected fraud rings).
  • Process payments and reduce cash loss from fraudulent accounts in real time using fraud prevention techniques including verbal verification checks on high-risk withdrawals.
  • Leading and participating in end-to-end investigations of fraudulent accounts and syndicates, including conducting interviews with involved parties and managing the full chargeback process.
  • Maintaining meticulous records, preparing detailed reports for management, and working closely with cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, Customer Service) to ensure a unified approach to fraud compliance.
  • Identifying and driving the implementation of "best practice" fraud detection techniques. You will contribute to the development of our fraud policies and procedures, helping to shape our compliance framework as we expand.
  • Note: This role requires regular weekend work.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong analytical and investigative skills.
  • Excellent report writing skills with a meticulous attention to detail, with the capability to document investigation findings and offer clear recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in creating process guides and technical documentation will be highly regarded.

Take the time to apply today with a well thought out cover letter and resume to work in a supportive, engaging and fun team environment.
