Service Advisor - Automotive at Performance Lexus Northern Kentucky – Ft. Wright, Kentucky

Compensation:

• $55,000 to $80,000 Annually (Based on experience and drive!)
• Potential Quarterly Cash Bonus Earnings!

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 8am to 6pm
• Saturdays (with a weekday off that week)
• Off Sundays!

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with service check-in
• Communicate with technicians and explain vehicle issues and service needs to customers
• Recommend appropriate services and products
• Set clear expectations regarding time and cost estimates
• Manage repair orders from start to finish
• Ensure customer satisfaction at pickup
• Maintain strong CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer (preferred but not required)
• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Computer skills (navigate multiple windows at a time, date entry, and able to learn new systems required!)
• Performance Lexus Northern Kentucky is a drug-free workplace
• Possess a driver's license with a driving record allowing you to drive customers and company vehicles
