Job Title: Heavy Truck Mixer Driver / Transit Mixer Driver

Location: Dubai, Abu Dhabi

Industry: Ready-Mix Concrete, Construction, Building Materials

Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate Transit Mixer (6 m³ to 12 m³) trucks to deliver ready-mix concrete to construction sites across the UAE.

• Load concrete at the batching plant and ensure correct mix and slump as per the delivery ticket.

• Deliver concrete on time while maintaining the quality and workability of the mix (no addition of water on site without authorization).

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any defects immediately.

• Clean the mixer drum and truck after every delivery to prevent concrete buildup.

• Follow all traffic rules and RTA (Roads & Transport Authority) regulations.

• Coordinate with batching plant staff, site supervisors, and pump operators for smooth pouring.

• Maintain daily logbooks, delivery tickets, and trip sheets accurately.

• Ensure safety of the vehicle, load, and personnel on-site personnel at all times.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Valid UAE Heavy Vehicle Driving License (Category 6 or 8 – Truck Mixer).

• Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience driving Transit Mixers in the UAE (Ready-Mix companies preferred).

• Valid UAE residence visa and transferable status (NOC preferred).

• Age preferably 25–45 years.

• Good knowledge of UAE roads and construction site locations (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Northern Emirates).

• Ability to read and understand delivery tickets in English.

• Physically fit and able to work long hours and in hot weather conditions.

• Clean driving record – no major accidents or serious traffic violations.

• Immediate joiners or maximum 1-month notice preferred.
