- Conduct the review of and make changes to product-specific contracts and amendments
- Stay up to date on state and federal health care laws, including managed care industry regulations
- Perform legal research and prepare memoranda regarding legislative or regulatory changes
- Coordinate waste and abuse efforts with the Corporate Team
- Represent our partner at State Fair Hearings and track outcomes
- Identify issues with questionable billing providers and escalate trends as required
- Prepare for compliance audits and ensure proper documentation
- Complete required compliance training
- Participate in implementing regulatory changes across departments
- Support development of identification processes and escalation tools
- Collaborate with Business Units to ensure efficient process handoffs
- Support programs related to privacy, security, and compliance
- BA degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field
- Five to ten years of experience in progressively responsible roles
- Prior experience in a compliance-related role is highly desirable
- 7+ years of combined contract drafting and legal research experience
- Knowledge of health care industry regulations and laws
- Advanced knowledge of Indiana Medicaid insurance and applicable regulations preferred
- Competitive pay range of $87,700.00 - $157,800.00 per year
