Our program is specially designed to provide support, guidance and help develop a nurse's knowledge and skill during the first year of practice while transitioning into the constantly changing world of healthcare.

• Minimum Education:
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required.
  • Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum Work Experience:
  • Prior OR tech/scrub tech skills strongly preferred
  • On call requirements with this role
• Required Licenses/ Certifications:
• • Ability to obtain valid Vermont State Registered Nurse licensure by date of employment required.
  • Health Care Provider BLS, ACLS, PALS certification required within 90 days of hire.
