- Evaluate the strength of supervision and develop action plans for improvement.
- Act as a designee on supervision objectives for the branch.
- Provide ongoing supervision education to assigned branch/portfolio.
- Support and guide branch employees on supervision issues.
- Conduct independent analysis and resolve strategic issues.
- Support execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Perform reviews of accounts and transactions for compliance.
- Act as an escalation point for supervision issues.
- Manage registration requirements as mandated by regulators.
- 4 - 6 years of relevant experience in compliance or supervision.
- In-depth knowledge of supervision and industry regulations.
- Must meet Supervisor licensing requirements under CIRO rules.
- Preferred: Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborative team player with analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Competitive salary range: $52,300.00 - $96,600.00.
