Your expertise will be crucial in defining architecture, designing solutions, and leading projects to deliver impactful results.Accountabilities

• Lead the development and future strategy of the Commercial/Marketing technology framework, including tools like Salesforce CRM and analytics solutions.
• Support ongoing improvements in the commercial marketing technology strategy, with a focus on AI implementation.
• Analyze requirements and collaborate with project teams to devise optimal solutions.
• Deliver designs that adhere to architectural governance and project management methodologies.
• Work with enterprise architecture and technology providers to assess and implement new technologies.
• Promote a unified vision and strategy across the organization.
• Build relationships that enhance collaboration and improve service to customers.
• Cultivate productive partnerships with technology suppliers.
• Continuously evaluate technology solutions for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Provide technical guidance to team members and junior staff.
• Act as a technical coordinator for projects as needed.
• Offer on-call support for critical business escalations.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience with commercial or marketing platform engineering and support.
• 2-5 years of experience in providing architectural design services.
• Experience creating solution designs for complex applications.
• Familiarity with at least 2-3 relevant technologies such as Salesforce CRM and analytics solutions.
• Strong project leadership skills, including planning and issue management.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Creative and organized with a proven track record of follow-through.
• Experience working as a strategic partner with IT leadership.
• Ability to influence peers and liaise effectively with IT leaders.
• Innovative team player with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Effective vendor and crisis management capabilities.
