Key Responsibilities
  • Fire Sprinkler System Sales
    • Analyze hazards using NFPA standards to propose tailored sprinkler system solutions.

    • Generate accurate estimates, hydraulic calculations, and equipment/material lists.

    • Prepare detailed bid proposals and secure new project awards.

    • Cultivate relationships to expand the fire sprinkler business.

  • Low Voltage Systems
    • Sell and support fire alarm and potentially access control, security, and CCTV systems.

    • Ensure code compliance and customer satisfaction through collaboration with design teams.

    • Recommend integrated system solutions with technical clarity.

  • Special Hazard Suppression
    • Identify customer needs for clean agent, foam, or water mist systems.

    • Work with engineers to design solutions for sensitive environments (data centers, industrial).

    • Educate clients on benefits and regulatory compliance of special hazard systems.

  • General
    • Meet or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to company revenue targets.

    • Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up.

    • Coordinate with internal project teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years in fire sprinkler sales or estimating; low voltage or special hazard experience a plus.

  • Strong understanding of NFPA codes, local regulations, and life safety requirements.

  • Proficient in reading blueprints, plans, and construction specifications.

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.

  • Team-player mindset and commitment to professionalism and client satisfaction.
