We are seeking an experiencedWarehouse Supervisorwith 1015 years of hands?on warehouse operations experience, including work in3PL environments. The ideal candidate is highlydetail?oriented, skilled ininventory control, and proficient withERP systems. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to operate astand?up reach truck forkliftsafely and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Lead, train, and support warehouse associates to maintain productivity and accuracy.
• Operate stand?up reach truck forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies.
• Utilize ERP systems for inventory tracking, order processing, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies, OSHA standards, and company procedures.
• Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate with purchasing, production, and logistics teams to meet operational goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.

Job Qualifications:

• 5 years of warehouse or distribution experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Proficient inERP systems(SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).
• Certified or experienced instand?up reach truck forkliftoperation.
• Strong understanding ofinventory control, cycle counting, and warehouse documentation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem?solving skills.

Salary Range:

$65K-$75K
