- Develop comprehensive, complex, and accurate information reports.
- Create complex data reports and provide analysis for forecasting and benchmarking.
- Communicate data findings directly to senior management.
- Analyze and provide feedback on company or client-specific information needs.
- Deliver complex data analysis to meet specific client or program needs.
- Serve as a resource for colleagues on data analysis and benchmarking.
- Provide technical oversight and guidance to dedicated analysts in multiple locations.
- Deliver training and data analysis education for program staff.
- Six (6) years of related experience or a combination of education and experience.
- Experience in an insurance-related field and one (1) year of statistical analysis is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with tools such as Excel, SAP Business Objects, Power BI, Snowflake, and Hex.
