As a Reverse Logistics Technician I, you will play a critical hands-on role in processing returned surgical sets and RMAs, helping ensure products are safe, compliant, and surgery-ready for the next procedure.
What You’ll Do:
• Receive, unload, and process daily shipments of returned consignment surgical sets and RMA inventory
• Perform precautionary cleaning and decontamination activities in accordance with established procedures
• Conduct initial visual quality inspections of returned implants and instrumentation
• Clean and remove debris from instruments to ensure devices meet surgery-ready standards
• Develop working knowledge of VB Spine product offerings through hands-on processing and repetition
• Follow FDA, GMP, and internal quality requirements when handling medical devices
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
• Perform other duties as assigned to support reverse logistics operations
What You Bring:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and compliance
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and Good Manufacturing Practices
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and processes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
