This is a high-impact, in-office leadership role ideal for a motivated sales professional with dental experience who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

• Established, busy patient base with strong community reputation
• Two-doctor general practice with a specialist on-site weekly
• Supported by 3 full-time hygienists and a collaborative clinical team

• Present and close large comprehensive treatment plans with confidence and empathy
• Guide patients through financial options and increase case acceptance
• Utilize and manage third-party financing platforms (CareCredit, Sunbit, Cherry, etc.)
• Collaborate closely with doctors, clinical team, and front office to optimize scheduling and production
• Track performance metrics, conversion rates, and revenue growth initiatives
• Deliver a premium patient experience from consultation through treatment start

• Minimum 3 years of treatment presentation experience in dentistry (required)
• Proven sales background with measurable closing success
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and objection-handling skills
• Knowledge of dental insurance, financing, and patient affordability solutions
• Highly organized, goal-driven, and comfortable working in an in-office environment

Education and Training

• 3+ years of dental business office experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of dental terminology.
• Knowledge of dental office procedures.
• Knowledge of accounting and administrative principles and procedures.
• Knowledge of dental practice management software preferred.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
