At Renewal by Andersen of Oregon and SW Washington, we take pride in delivering top-tier service to our customers. We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Transport Associate to join our Day Shift team. This role is essential in delivering products securely and safely to our satellite locations. When not on a transport run, this position will perform other warehouse-related tasks.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM with the exception of transport days to Bend and Medford, which require a longer workday.

Responsibilites

Transport Runs: Drive a 26' box truck on scheduled transport runs to satellite locations.
Load Verification: Double-check all materials and inventory prior to departure to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Warehouse Receiving: Unload and scan 100% of transported materials at satellite warehouse locations to maintain inventory accuracy.
Consumable Replenishment: Monitor and replenish consumable supplies as needed to support ongoing operations.
Warehouse Operations: Assist with general warehouse organization, cleanliness and inventory management.
Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Experience: 1+ year of experience of delivering materials and loads up to 200 miles. Must be at least 21 years old to drive certain rental vehicles.
Licensing & Certifications: Valid and unrestricted driver's license with an acceptable DMV record. Ability to be forklift certified.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively in English (speaking, reading, writing).
Pre-employment Requirements: Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Preferred: High school diploma or GED. Two or more years of warehouse experience.

Physical Requirements and Work Conditions

Lifting & Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50-70 lbs. unassisted repeatedly.
Work Environment: Perform physically demanding tasks related to warehouse and construction activities.
Endurance: Ability to stand, sit, walk, and perform physical labor for extended periods.
