Training & Support Specialist at Latitude Inc – Baltimore, Maryland

A respected professional services organization is seeking an experienced Technology Training Specialist to join its internal team. This position focuses heavily on delivering structured, high-quality software training to employees across the organization.

This role reports under Human Resources leadership and plays a key part in employee development and technology adoption. The organization is seeking a true trainer someone with a strong background in instructional delivery, curriculum development, and adult learning methodologies.

Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs.

Create and maintain training curricula for enterprise and desktop applications.

Lead new hire technology orientation and ongoing continuing education programs.

Develop user guides, documentation, and reference materials.

Assess employee skill levels and measure training effectiveness.

Coordinate and schedule recurring training sessions.

Serve as an internal subject matter resource for business applications.

Support technology rollouts with structured training plans and materials.

Collaborate with HR and IT leadership to align training initiatives with business needs.

Provide limited user assistance as needed in support of training initiatives.

5+ years of professional training experience in a corporate or professional services environment.

Strong experience designing and delivering instructor-led and eLearning programs.

Demonstrated expertise in adult learning principles and course design.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Experience training on document management systems, PDF tools, collaboration platforms, and other enterprise software.

Legal or professional services industry experience highly preferred.

Stable employment history is strongly preferred.
