The team at Appletree Dental for kids located in North York, Ontario are looking for a passionate, hard-working Administrative Team Lead on a full-time basis.

The ideal Dental Receptionist for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

SCHEDULE:

• 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday (Potential for some Saturdays)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• No experience necessary!
• 1 year of experience is considered an asset as a Dental Administrator/Administrative Assistant
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Open Dental is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
