• Perform all aspects of rough and finish carpentry for residential and commercial projects

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications

• Frame walls, install doors and windows, build structures, and complete interior finishes

• Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials accurately

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite

• Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards

• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other team members

• Follow company and OSHA safety guidelines at all times

• Lead and mentor less experienced carpenters when serving in a Lead role

• Minimum 3+ years of carpentry experience in residential and/or commercial construction

• Strong understanding of construction methods, tools, and materials

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship

• Physically capable of lifting, bending, climbing, and working in various weather conditions

• Reliable transportation to job sites

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• A background check will be completed as part of the onboarding process, in compliance with applicable laws

• $30$35 per hour, based on experience

• Weekly pay cycle

• Overtime opportunities available
