Shifts: 7a–7p and 7p–7a

Sylva Valley Health & Rehab is hiring a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to support safe, timely medication administration and strengthen our in-house team. This is a great role for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and wants to grow in healthcare.

If you would like to become a nurse (LPN/RN), we want to support your goals. Schooling support may be available for eligible team members (details discussed during interview).

• Monitor residents for side effects and report concerns promptly
  
• Communicate with nurses regarding missed/refused meds, PRNs, and med concerns
  
• Support residents with dignity, respect, and professionalism
  

• Current Certified Medication Aide (CMA) credential (state-approved)
  
• Strong attention to detail and safe practice habits
  
• Dependable attendance and teamwork
  
• Long-term care/SNF experience preferred (not required)
