Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes.
• Manages employee relations and resolves workplace concerns.
• Conducts job analysis and oversees compensation programs.
• Administers employee benefits and ensures compliance.
• Manage unemployment claims and related documentation.
• Oversee workers compensation claims and return-to-work coordination.
• Administers employee leave programs, including FMLA.
• Coordinates training and professional development initiatives.
• Manages labor relations and union compliance.
• Ensures workplace health and safety compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Personnel, or Labor Relations required.
• Masters degree preferred.
• 7-10 years of progressive Human Resources experience required.
• 2-3 years of supervisory or management experience required.
• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• Prior experience in a Senior Living and/or Healthcare setting required.
• Legal work authorization in the United States
