What You’ll Do
As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll ensure they receive outstanding support:
- Answer Calls & Assist Customers: Handle inquiries from agents and policyholders with professionalism and care, including payment processing, policy changes, and eChats
- Data Entry: Accurately gather, process, and enter customer and agent information into our systems
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Uphold AFIC’s commitment to quality, leaving every customer with a positive experience
What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a bilingual (Spanish-English) Customer Service Representative who thrives on assisting customers, handling inquiries, and keeping operations running smoothly. If you’re organized, dependable, and confident on the phone, this role is a great fit for you.
- Degree Highly preferred
- Insurance Industry experience preferred
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Strong attendance record and dependability
- Customer service, call center, or collections experience preferred
- Detail-oriented with clerical and data entry skills
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette
- Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient PC skills with a typing speed of at least 30 WPM
