Integrity Construction of Arizona LLC is seeking a dependable and hard-working ICF Installer / Carpenter to join our field construction team. This is a hands-on position ideal for individuals experienced in carpentry and/or insulated concrete form (ICF) installation who enjoy working on active job sites and contributing to high-quality builds. The right candidate is safety-minded, detail-oriented, and takes pride in physical, skilled work. • Perform hands-on construction and carpentry work on active job sites.

• Install ICF wall systems and assist with other general building tasks.

• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently.

• Follow project plans and instructions accurately while adhering to company safety policies.

• Assist with site prep, material handling, and cleanup duties.

• Collaborate with the crew to complete tasks on schedule and to specification.

• Maintain professionalism while interacting on job sites and with clients.

• Communicate clearly with teammates and supervisors.

• Adapt to changing site needs and perform varied duties as assigned.

• Contribute to a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

• 3+ years of experience in ICF installation, concrete formwork, or carpentry preferred.

• Strong familiarity with construction tools, techniques, and safety practices.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and structural drawings.

• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, but not required.
