- Provide administrative and operational support to project teams, ensuring efficient execution of clinical project activities
- Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and presentations, including agenda preparation, documentation, and follow-ups
- Manage the preparation, tracking, and distribution of project documents, reports, and materials throughout the project lifecycle
- Support billing, invoicing, and payment processes by preparing and organizing required documentation
- Act as the first point of contact for project-related queries, ensuring timely resolution or escalation when needed
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation aligns with regulatory standards, project guidelines, and best practices
- Assist in identifying and resolving project issues, particularly during audits, while ensuring compliance with requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant professional experience, or a degree/diploma in Health Sciences, Life Sciences, Clinical Research, or a related field
- Basic understanding of clinical research processes and regulatory requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Proficiency in administrative tools and document management systems
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
