- Lead end-to-end coordination of sourcing and contract lifecycle activities, ensuring timely execution of due diligence workflows.
- Maintain full ownership of documentation accuracy across contracts, POs, SOWs, MSAs, and related sourcing materials.
- Track, prioritize, and manage sourcing requests to ensure all deliverables are completed ahead of deadlines.
- Perform detailed gap analysis and risk assessments to identify inconsistencies or compliance issues in documentation.
- Act as the central liaison between procurement, finance, legal teams, and external vendors.
- Build and maintain real-time dashboards and tracking systems to provide visibility into sourcing pipelines and progress.
- Support financial validation processes to ensure alignment with budgets, cost expectations, and compliance standards.
- Drive follow-up processes to ensure full closure of all outstanding sourcing and contract-related actions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 3–7+ years of experience in sourcing, contracts management, project management, finance, or due diligence roles.
- Strong understanding of procurement documentation such as POs, SOWs, and MSAs.
- Experience with compliance, audit, or financial diligence processes.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams.
- Strong analytical skills with experience conducting document reviews, gap analysis, and risk identification.
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and process integrity.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and procurement or workflow tools (e.g., Coupa, Zip, or similar).
