Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated commercial strategies that drive measurable business growth, market penetration, and revenue performance.
  • Establish and optimize capabilities across sales, marketing, market access, patient support, HUB services, and third-party logistics functions.
  • Own business planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management processes that enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Maintain profit and loss accountability while ensuring compliance with all industry regulations and internal governance standards.
  • Implement key commercial enablement tools including CRM systems, dashboards, incentive compensation plans, call planning, and forecasting models.
  • Partner closely with IT, supply chain, and other internal teams to align systems, demand planning, inventory strategy, and operational readiness.
  • Design and lead world-class training and employee development programs that ensure launch readiness and long-term talent growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 20+ years of experience, Master’s degree with 15+ years, or PhD with 10+ years of relevant leadership experience.
  • 15+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences environments.
  • Prior experience as a Chief Commercial Officer or senior commercial executive strongly preferred.
  • Proven success designing and executing commercial strategies for specialized products in the U.S. and Europe, including oncology product launches.
  • Experience within both start-up/growth-stage organizations and established biopharmaceutical companies.
  • Strong expertise in go-to-market strategy, sales force design, incentive compensation, KPIs, segmentation, targeting, and forecasting.
  • Deep understanding of oncology and rare disease commercial models, including market access, regulatory dynamics, and brand strategy.
  • Strong strategic thinking, innovation mindset, project management capability, and ability to lead distributed teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.

Benefits:

  • Competitive annual base salary ranging from $225,000 to $320,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Retirement savings plan.
  • Paid time off and leave programs.
  • Additional voluntary employee benefits.
  • Fully remote position based in the United States.
  • Opportunity to join a rapidly growing biotech organization at a transformative stage of growth.
