Responsabilidades Principales
- Abrir la tienda y canchas a las 7:00 am, encendiendo sistemas y verificando condiciones de las instalaciones.
- Mantener el Pro-Shop y el área de Comfort Zone limpios, organizados y bien abastecidos.
- Recibir a jugadores y huéspedes con calidez, recordando preferencias de clientes frecuentes.
- Promocionar clases, torneos, eventos sociales y artículos de la tienda.
- Supervisar inventarios y mantener vitrinas de mercancía en orden.
- Manejar transacciones de ventas, devoluciones e intercambios.
- Monitorear y registrar el uso de canchas y participación en lecciones.
- Comunicar actualizaciones al equipo e informar incidencias al cierre.

Requisitos y Habilidades
- Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de servicio al cliente.
- Conocimiento básico de deportes de raqueta (pádel, pickleball, beach tennis) preferido.
- Organización, puntualidad y atención al detalle.
- Capacidad multitarea y comunicación clara con huéspedes y equipo.
- Comodidad trabajando en tienda, canchas y lounge.
- Actitud proactiva, orientada a soluciones y con espíritu de trabajo en equipo, orientado al servicio al cliente extraordinario.

Calificaciones
- 1–2 años de experiencia en servicio al cliente, ventas o hospitalidad.
- Experiencia en ambientes deportivos o recreativos preferida.
- Bilingüe en inglés y español preferido.

Condiciones de Trabajo
- Ambiente mixto interior/exterior con atención directa a huéspedes.
- Horario flexible, incluyendo mañanas, fines de semana y feriados.
- Esta posición requiere disponibilidad completa para trabajar fines de semana, feriados y periodos extendidos según lo requieran las operaciones de Moncayo.
