BARBACK/SERVER at Oasis Stop N Go – Twin Falls, Idaho

Job Summary:

Redhawk Gastropub is looking for a hardworking, energetic, and team-oriented Barback / Server to join our team. This position plays an important role in supporting bartenders and servers while also providing excellent guest service. The ideal candidate is able to work in a fast-paced environment, stay organized under pressure, and help create a welcoming and memorable dining experience for every guest.

Responsibilities:

• Support bartenders by stocking liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and supplies
• Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout service
• Change kegs and restock ice, cups, napkins, straws, and other bar items as needed
• Assist with opening, running, and closing side work for the bar and dining room
• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring accuracy and presentation standards
• Monitor guest needs and provide attentive service throughout the dining experience
• Pre-bus and bus tables to maintain a clean and inviting dining area
• Assist with resetting tables and maintaining cleanliness in all front-of-house areas
• Follow all company policies, service standards, and alcohol service guidelines
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth service and a high level of guest satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant, barback, or serving experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a team
• Must be able to lift and carry heavy items, including kegs, cases, ice buckets, and glass racks
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must be 19 years of age, or older

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry throughout an entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent movement
