Enterprise Integrations & Automation

• Design and lead integrations across enterprise platforms to ensure seamless data flow.

• Reduce manual processes and improve overall efficiency through system-driven solutions.
  
  
• Establish a scalable integration architecture designed to support long-term growth.
  
  

System Implementation & Optimization

• Lead or support the implementation of enterprise systems and ongoing enhancements.
  
  
• Ensure all systems are effectively configured and seamlessly connected to meet business needs.
  
  
• Improve system performance, usability, and long-term maintainability.
  
  
• Support cross-platform functionality and process alignment.
  
  

AI & Emerging Technology

• Evaluate and implement AI-driven capabilities across enterprise systems.
  
  
• Identify key opportunities for intelligent automation and predictive insights.
  
  
• Support the development of governance and best practices for AI adoption.
  
  
• Help the organization effectively leverage emerging technologies to build a strong, integrated foundation.
  
  

Process & Operational Enablement

• Design system-supported processes that actively improve efficiency and scalability.
  
  
• Standardize workflows across departments through the use of integrated systems.
  
  
• Help the organization move away from manual and fragmented processes toward structured, system-driven operations.
  
  

Strategic Technology Alignment

• Act as a vital bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  
  
• Partner closely with stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business goals.
  
  
• Support the prioritization of initiatives based on their potential impact and feasibility.
  
  
• Contribute to system roadmap development and continuous long-term planning.
• Partner with vendor implementation and technical specialists
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in a Computer Information Systems or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT, iPaaS, and enterprise systems integrations.
• Hands-on experience with ERP, CRM, HRIS, and related enterprise platforms
