Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer
Location: Baltimore, MD (Hybrid)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to support email and SMS campaign development for a government healthcare program. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud tools and data-driven campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage email and SMS campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Work with Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio
• Develop SQL queries and manage data extensions
• Use AMPscript for dynamic and personalized content
• Support SMS setup including opt-in/opt-out and compliance
• Troubleshoot campaign and automation issues
• Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
• Strong AMPscript and SQL skills
• Experience with Journey Builder and Automation Studio
• Hands-on experience with SMS (MobileConnect preferred)

Preferred:

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification
• Experience in healthcare or government projects
