About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and experienced Store Manager to lead our first Canada Gold location in Winnipeg! This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take full ownership of store performance, team development, and day-to-day operations.
You’ll be responsible for creating a high-performing, customer-focused environment while ensuring accuracy across cash handling, inventory, and data processes. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and enjoy leading from the front, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do- Lead, coach, and develop a team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and consistency
- Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and confidence
- Manage cash flow, including regular counts and strict adherence to procedures
- Oversee inventory counts, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain strong operational controls
- Maintain high standards of merchandising and store presentation
- Collaborate with other store managers to share insights and improve performance
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards
- 2–3+ years of management experience, ideally in retail or a customer-facing environment
- Proven leadership ability with a hands-on, team-first approach
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
- High attention to detail, especially in financials and inventory management
- Comfort with POS systems, Excel, and general computer tools
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Flexibility to work weekends and varying schedules as needed
- Competitive salary ($60,000 - $65,000 per year + Performance Based Bonuses!)
