Virtual Assistant (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day administrative and operational needs for U.S.-based firms. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who excels in organization, communication, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.

The Virtual Assistant will work closely with leadership and internal teams to ensure smooth operations, efficient workflows, and high-quality administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support including email and calendar management
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and virtual calls across time zones
  • Prepare and format documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Manage data entry, file organization, and digital record-keeping
  • Assist with client communications and follow-ups as needed
  • Support internal projects, task tracking, and deadlines
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure operational efficiency
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a virtual assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
