Position Summary
  • We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing clinic team. In this role, you will work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA treatment plans developed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and supporting each client’s unique goals. This position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about learning, passionate about helping others, and committed to delivering high-quality care. As an RBT in our Early Intervention Clinic, you will work directly with young children (typically ages 2–6) to implement individualized ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a BCBA. This role focuses on building foundational skills, communication, and independence in a supportive, play-based environment. The clinic's hours of operation are 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized treatment plans with consistency and fidelity under BCBA supervision.
  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinic setting
  • Collect and accurately record data to track client progress and behavior changes.
  • Support skill development in areas such as communication, social skills, and daily living
  • Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members
  • Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for clients
  • Offer compassionate support to clients and families, building rapport and fostering a positive therapy experience.
  • Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines to maintain the highest standards of professional conduct.
  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) required
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
  • Experience working with children, especially in ABA or early intervention, preferred
  • Bilingual abilities, preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow treatment plans with fidelity
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in data collection.
  • Physical ability to work with young children, including sitting, standing, lifting, and movement during therapy sessions.
  • Passion for working with children and making a meaningful impact
  • Reliable transportation required
